Monthly Munches
We’re excited to announce our Indigeo Volo Social Munch, taking place at The Vicious Poodle downtown Victoria on the 1st Thursday of every month.
Event Description/What to Expect
For those new to our community, our munches are casual social gatherings designed to bring together people interested in BDSM, kink, and sex-positive community building. Whether you’re brand new, experienced, curious, or simply looking to connect with like-minded people, this space is about building community and meaningful connection.
Doors open at 6:30pm
Welcome & community announcements will take place at 7:15pm
(If you have any announcements you would like to share, please contact us for advanced approval at least 48 hrs prior to the event).
There is ample parking in the parkade right next to the poodle on Johnson St.
We will have a newcomers table hosted by a community volunteer for those who feel as though they would like to connect with other new attenders (you’re also not obligated to sit at the newcomers table!).
In order to add some light structure, topic cards will be on the tables for use if you’d like something to get a conversation started.

Who Should Attend
This is not simply a kink-friendly social event.
This is a kink-focused community event taking place in a vanilla public venue.
What that means:
• This event exists specifically for people interested in kink, BDSM, and adjacent communities to gather in community.
• The venue is a shared public space, so standard street clothes / vanilla attire is expected.
• Respect for consent, boundaries, and accountability remains central to everything we do.
Indigeo Volo exists to provide opportunities for adults to learn, network, socialize, and explore the kink community in a way that is inclusive, accessible, and grounded in consent and accountability.
This is an 19+ event and we welcome people of all experience levels, genders, orientations, identities and relationship structures.
Please note that as this gathering is stewarded by Indigeo, individuals who are currently restricted from attending Indigeo events must obtain approval from the Indigeo Volo Board prior to participation.
Power Exchange Munch
We’re excited to announce that Indigeo Volo will be facilitating a power exchange/authority transfer themed discussion-based munch on the 4th Monday of every month at the Langford White Spot.
Due to limited space, all attendees are required to RSVP either via Fetlife (preferable) or email to indigeovictoria@gmail.com

The Indigeo Volo Power Exchange is a discussion-based munch focused on power exchange relationship dynamics. We provide a dedicated space for educational dialogue and peer support regarding D/s, M/s, and the broader spectrum of power exchange dynamics.

Who Should Attend
Attendance is open to all individuals 19 years of age and older who are involved in, or hold a genuine interest in pursuing, a power exchange dynamic.
We welcome individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, and identities, and our discussions are inclusive of all variations of power exchange and authority transfer dynamics.

Community Standards
We are committed to providing a respectful, safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment for open discussion and inquiry. Our gatherings are built on mutual respect, personal accountability, and the shared understanding that what is discussed stays in the room. We ask that all attendees engage in dialogue while actively honoring the personal boundaries and diverse experiences of everyone sharing the space. We also ask that you do not take photographs while at the event.
Protection, Respect and Consent
While at this event, you are under the protection of the event organizer and Vice President of Indigeo, and the President of Indigeo.
Indigeo is committed to creating an environment where everyone can participate safely, respectfully, and without fear of harassment. We encourage attendees to come to the board if something isn't sitting right with them, even if they're unsure whether it rises to the level of a consent issue.
Indigeo is striving to create a culture where attendees can approach the board for support and can trust that we'll assess situations thoughtfully. We want to know if something isn't sitting right with you. This could be (but isn't limited to) unwanted advances, unwanted touching of a person or their belongings, harassment, or behaviour that makes another person(s) feel unsafe.
Clear consent violations, including unwanted touching of a person or their belongings, unwanted sexual contact, or other serious breaches of consent, will not be tolerated.
We expect attendees to treat one another with respect. Harassment, discriminatory behaviour (including racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, or other prejudicial behaviour), repeated unwanted advances, or behaviour that is creating an unsafe or unwelcoming environment may require board involvement.
No one is entitled to another person's time, attention, or space.
If someone at our event is making you feel uncomfortable, you can wave us over, ask us where the bathroom is, ask us to walk you to your car, or simply tell us you have a question about your membership- whatever feels safest in the moment.
How we respond will always depend on the situation. Sometimes that means helping people communicate boundaries more clearly, facilitating a conversation, suggesting people create some space from one another, or helping resolve a misunderstanding. In more serious or ongoing situations, especially those involving clear consent violations, it may mean asking someone to change their behaviour or leave the event.
